The day of. Part 5

We’re in our private room now. Up on the 9th floor with a great view of South Phoenix.

Elijah is doing very well, but he still has his epidural in so that’s helping a lot. He is still quite tired and is dozing on and off as he watches movies and visits with both sets of grandparents. He’s eating little bits here and there and is drinking some orange juice. Everything is staying down and he seems to be doing pretty well with that.

All in all this day has gone about as well as we could possibly hope for and we know that’s an answer to prayer. We thank all of you for your prayers, your thoughts and support, and for following along with us on this journey. We will continue to keep you updated regularly on his progress here in the hospital for the next few day, so stick with us and don’t stop praying.
